Onelove Hair requires a 50% deposit paid upon booking for ALL hairdressing services.
This can be paid via Bank Transfer or when coming into the salon to book Your appointment via card or cash.
The remaining 50% is payable at your appointment.
Onelove Hair requires minimum 48 hours notice for appointment cancellation & rescheduling.
Failure to do this will result in the loss of your deposit & the full remaining balance to be paid -
If given atleast 48 hours notice It is possible to reschedule your appointment and transfer your 50% deposit paid over to the next booked appointment.
Please note deposit are transferable only & refunds are NOT given under any circumstances.
It is super important to us that you are 100% happy with the service you have received at Onelove Hair. If you have anything you are not sure about or would like to change - please get in contact as soon as possible after your appointment so we can make any adjustments - please note refunds are not given under any circumstances.
If you are going to be late to your appointment please contact the shop as soon as possible to let us know. Lateness of More than 10 minutes may mean your appointment needs to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit in the remaining appointment time. E.g Wash, Cut & Blow-dry appointment will have to be rough dried instead of styled.
If your appointment Is cancelled or rescheduled due to lateness you will loose the 50% deposit paid at booking and a new deposit will need to be paid to secure new appointment.
First time colour clients MUST have a skin test atleast 48 hours before scheduled appointment - Please book in for a colour consultation to do this.
Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled and loss of your deposit paid at time of booking.
